Our Philosophy
Katalyst Performance and Rehabilitation was built on the vision of providing a new level of Physical Therapy that will allow patients to ignite their potential, both physically and mentally. Through advanced manual therapy interventions, exercise prescription, open discussion, education, and a little bit of fun, KPR will go above and beyond to provide you the best service possible while giving you the tools and knowledge you need to become your best self.
FOCUSED & INDIVIDUALIZED
Whether you have pain in the gym, at work, or taking care of your children, KPR always takes an individualized approach to understanding the root cause of your limitations by assessing the body through a joint-by-joint approach. Through this process, we are able to establish the most specific rehabilitative program to suit your values and needs.
SPECIALIZED THERAPY & PROGRAMMING
By understanding the continuum from acute rehabilitation to high-level performance training, KPR is able to tailor your therapy in order to give you the maximal benefit of your time spent in the gym or training at home. KPR will allow you to experience a new level of training by integrating specific phases of programming that will elevate your body and mind.

Proteus® Motion’s patented technology is the only way to measure strength and power for every human movement. To date, it has only been possible to measure physical strength and power for movements in a straight line, like a squat or a bench press. However, less than 5% of human movement is in a straight line.
The Proteus® System measures strength and power for 100% of human movements for the first time ever. Proteus® software guides users through 4-minute physical assessments arming trainers with unprecedented performance data and insights, creating an entirely new standard for personalized fitness and physical rehabilitation.
All of this is enabled by a total reinvention of resistance training called 3D Resistance™. Training power and acceleration with Proteus’ patented 3D Resistance™ is safer, more efficient, and more effective than traditional resistance training tools.

In some cases, physical therapy techniques can be painful. For example, recovering knee range of motion after total knee replacement or shoulder range of motion after shoulder surgery may be painful - but pain is never the aim!
Your physical therapist will utilize a variety of techniques to help maximize your treatment goals.
It is important that you communicate the intensity, frequency, and duration of pain to your therapist. Without this information, it is difficult for the therapist to adjust your treatment plan.
You can incorporate smart tips to level up your workouts, and these don’t have to be big changes. Small tweaks to your workout regimen can make a really substantial difference in helping you make the most out of every sweat session.
You and others may be referred to physical therapy because of a movement dysfunction associated with pain 🤕
Physical therapists treat these movement dysfunctions and their associated pains and restore your body’s ability to move in a normal manner 🏃
